| Comme il est difficile et pas vraiment pratique d'updater les quatre topics des GO Leeke, et puisque Leeke m'a envoyé les articles de ces GO en même temps, je crée ce topic. Je le mettrai à jour avec la liste totale des articles des GO, articles manquants, envois effectués, ainsi que les news de Leeke bien entendu. Hello , I received yesterday morning some items of my orders, and was surprised to find some items from all my 9 orders, and even from the april orders.
I had a big fear about the items could be broken since the box was in a really bad shape (I didn’t really noticed it at first since Chronopost and UPS deliverd me huge packages at the same time ^^°), but everything is safe. ^^
I only have one wrong size item, since I received the wig L-021 8/9 wine way too big for a 8/9 head, so it have to be a 9.5/10.5 one.
I send you an email yesterday, thinking there were missing items, but I was working and haven’t the full items order list since it is a group order I managed, so I just told you the items I knew because they were my part of the group order.
And so I took my time today while I’m not working to check the items one by one.
The missing items are :

- Milch head
- Noella head
- Chouette x2, Mint and Pumpkin heads
- 3 hooks of Doll Leeke

- Wig LR-007_L (Heat-resisting Fiber) sandybrown 9.5/10.5
- Wig LR-027_E (Heat-resisting Fiber) royal gray 8/9
- wig L-012_M / 25 – Milkbrown 7/8

So these items might have be shipped within the second package you send, but the EMS number you gave me actually don’t work at all…
But I’m somehow worried, because like I said earlier, the box was really kicked down and rewrapped with adhesive and somehow really big for the items inside… (there was more bubble wrap than items ^^') so I don’t know if all the missing items are in the second package, or if some of them were in this package and so, get lost…
I’m hoping the tracking of the last EMS shipping will work, and that all the items are in there…

Actually, I don't understand at all what you are saying, since you told me when you gave me the trackin number EM916893124KR that some of my items from march and april orders had been shipped, but not all of them at all.
Later, you gave me the second tracking number on may 28, saying all the march and april orders other items were finally shipped :

I just try to weight the box, articles and lot of bull paper, the total weight is about 4730g.

It was our mistake. so it's not working at all.
We have sent all of items with one box only.
The tracking number was EM916893124KR.
If you received 4730g, where is another items?
We don't understand about that.
Could you try to check about this to post office?
We have got permission of weight from post office.
The post office let us know about the weight for your box which is EM916893124KR. The weight was 6,570g.
Post office do a sum by box's weight. So it's most important. And second important is the country.
So the weight 6,570g is not wrong.
Could you contact to your post office?

Hello.
I finally have Chronopost of the phone.
They confirmed to me that the box weight was 6750g at the flight departure, but was less at the arrival.
But they also told me that they can't do anything, and that it is you who have to make your EMS insurance work.
I hope this will be resolved early, since it is a group order I managed I have many participants waiting.

| Ils sont gentils eux  !! Normalement c'est à Leeke de faire le néccessaire et de porter réclamation auprés de chronopost. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je sens que je ne suis pas prête de recevoir ma wig.  Je vais sûrement en commander une autre si rien n'est réglé d'ici la fin du mois. Ce genre de problème ça peut durer trés longtemps surtout quand ils se renvoient la balle.  |

| aldwen : oui, cest exactement ça, ils me demandent de prendre contact avec Chronopost, sauf que ces derniers ne peuvent rien y faire... teataangel : c'est ce que je m'eforce de leur dire depuis le début, mais à force de me demande de prendre contact avec Chrono, ils m'ont même fait douter durant un moment... Je leur ai renvoyé un mail aujourd'hui... J'espère qu'ils ne vont pas à nouveau me répondre en me demandant de prendre contact avec la société de livraison en France, parce qu'avec toutes les coui**** que j'ai en ce moment pour des colis non reçus, vidés, abimés et j'en passe, je serai peut-être moins aimable... -_- _________________ At Home :

| Dit une question toute bete, tu as eu un justificatif comme quoi tu as bien recu le colis, est ce qu'il y a le poids du colis marque dessus ?  c'est entre la france jusqu'a chez toi qui manque environ 2 kg c'est enorme ??????? |

| miyaka : j'ai reçu le colis avec le bon EMS collé dessus marquant le poids à la prise en charge par la poste coréènne, qui est celui-ci que Leeke m'a renvoyé dans son dernier mail pensant que ça pouvait changer quelque chose, sauf que je l'avais déjà :  Et 2 kilos, quand il y a des têtes manquantes ce n'est pas énorme, crois moi... Surtout que dans la liste des articles manquants, je vous ai épargné ma part perso d'articles manquants à part 2-3 exceptions, sinon la longueur de la liste était encore plus désespérante... u_u _________________ At Home :

| Heu non, Chronopost n'a merdé nulle part... C'est Leeke qui est responsable, car le colis n'a pas été envoyé en Chronopost mais en EMS, qui sont deux compagnies totalement différentes... Le colis faisait bien 6 kilos et des bananes en effet, mais c'était avant le trajet de la poste coréènne vers l'embarquement... Et quand bien même le souci serait arrivé en France, ce serait quand même Leeke qui serait responsable et devrait faire marcher l'assurance EMS, Chronopost prend juste le relai, rien d'autre... _________________ At Home :
